Turning off a black mirror means definitively interrupting its influence, it means converting it - reconverting it - to its causal nature. That is, it means destroying its nature as an acausal nexion and returning it to its original causal state, which is a piece of plastic or transparent glass smeared with black inside a frame.

The premise is important because it must be - again - well understood that a black mirror cannot be turned off and on again during its use.
